Guests (including yourself – please read instructions before completing this section. Incomplete registrations will be held and processed last since I'll have to email you for more information.)*
List yourself first, then the person you’ll share a cabin with second. If you have more than two people in your party, list guests #3 and #4 sharing a cabin next, then guests #5 and #6 sharing a cabin next, etc. (An adult age 18 or older must be in each cabin, so if your party is two parents and two children under 18, you’ll have one parent and one child in each cabin, so enter them that way on this form.)

I will assume couples will want a queen, and that non-couples will want twins. Let me know in the Cabin Requests section below if your needs are different.

List ages (as of 9/24/2025), and names as they appear on passports.

If you don’t have passports yet, or only some of your party have passports, please note that in the Cabin Requests section below so I’ll know to follow up with you when we get closer to our travel dates.

NOTE: If you don’t have passports and won’t travel internationally before our cruise, wait to get them (you’ll waste money if you get them now). I’ll remind you when it’s time.

Please list your cabin category choices in order of preference. Use the categories from my website (E, CB, CA, SB Suite, SA Suite, Deluxe Suite, Grand Suite), and note any comments or special requests.

List only the categories you will accept. If at least one of your cabin choices are available, and I can handle your special requests, I’ll accept your registration and you’ll be charged the non-refundable registration fee of $100 per person. (This is separate from your cruise fare.)

If none of your requested categories are available, or I can’t handle your special requests, I’ll delete your registration and void your payment so your card won’t be charged.

You can re-register later if your circumstances change, or your preferred cabin types come available.
If you’re traveling with other families, please list them below. (I’ll try to place you near each other on the ship if you request the same cabin type.) If you’re not traveling with other families, type “none.”
Please describe any special needs (physical, dietary, etc.) that may impact your family’s experience on this trip. I’ll check to see if your needs can be accommodated before processing your registration.

(Note: No special accommodations can be made due to allergies or other special needs if you don’t tell me about them before we travel.)

If you have mobility issues, please note that there is no elevator access to the top (non-cabin) deck. Wheelchair access is very limited.
