Remaining payment is refundable only if a waitlist family is available to replace by May 31, 2020. Spots aren't transferable. 2. No replacements, roster changes, or refunds can be made after May 31, 2020 for any reason (including medical issues, sickness, death in the family, etc.). 3. Purchasing non-refundable airfare is not recommended until after the trip is confirmed. 4. Special needs (dietary, physical, mental, or other) must be included on the registration form. 5. Trip insurance is recommended. 6. A mass text messaging system is utilized during trips to keep travelers informed. A cellphone with unlimited texting and a portable charger is required. 7. Government tours such as the White House, Library of Congress, US Capitol, Pentagon, etc., are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (government shutdown, security, or other factors). 8.
